Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional, high-quality client relationships with existing customers
  • Travel within the company's service area to provide on-site customer support
  • Meet prospective clients to promote the company's products and services
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive commercial client relationships
  • Conduct proactive prospecting to grow the customer base
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses and assess customer needs
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales representation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proven expertise in client development
  • Good computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bilingual — French and English (spoken and written); English at a functional level
  • DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Sales, Business Management, or other related training combined with professional experience (an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation and fuel industry (an asset)
