About the role

  • Sales Manager for B2B SaaS at a leading ESG management software company in Austria. Focus on lead acquisition and partnership networking in a growing market.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling demo meetings with potential new clients — cold outreach
  • Acquiring leads and new customers, and managing them across the entire sales funnel — sales activities through to closing
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Building a partner and multiplier network
  • Networking & representing the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Further developing and implementing the existing sales strategy
  • Running strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
  • Strategic planning for market entry

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
  • Experienced in establishing first contacts (cold outreach)
  • Strong self-motivation, team player, and an independent, structured way of working
  • Good spoken and written communication skills (German/English)
  • Proactive with a strong "hunter" mentality
  • Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and quick to adapt to change
  • Experience in sustainability or sustainability reporting is a plus
  • An existing B2B network is a bonus
  • Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
