About the role

  • Regional Sales Director managing a €20M portfolio for a leading pharma company in Frankfurt. Driving growth in Specialty Pharma with autonomy and strategic influence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio exceeding €20M within a business unit that accounts for 50% of the company’s global revenue.
  • Field-based role with approximately 20% international travel.
  • Independently design strategies and implement your own plan of action.
  • Collaborate as part of a high-performance team and regularly engage with HQ in the Frankfurt/Rhein‑Main area.

Requirements

  • Proven track record growing business in complex markets, ideally within Specialty Pharma (Immunology/Oncology) or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong command of pull marketing at both scientific and strategic levels.
  • Skilled diplomat experienced in managing international distribution partners and coordinating cross‑functional internal stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, Finance).
  • Fluent in English and substantial experience working or living abroad to effectively navigate diverse business cultures in Asia and the Middle East.
