Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines
- 5-8 years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in external or internal audit
- Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience preparing statutory and management financial reports
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial governance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Experience transitioning from audit into a commercial finance role
- Background in high-volume transactional environments (ticketing, retail, e-commerce)
- Exposure to multinational or regional finance structures
- People leadership experience
- Experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementations
