About the role

  • Client Services Manager for Ticketek in Canberra handling relationships with prestigious venues and ensuring quality service delivery. Collaborating across teams to manage event ticketing operations and deliver client support on event days.

Responsibilities

  • The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Canberra.
  • Work closely with clients from ACT's most prestigious venues.
  • Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts.
  • Liaise directly with various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance.
  • Partnering with Clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames.
  • Delivering accurate event builds and providing timely reporting and insights.
  • Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System and manage operations on event days.
  • On site testing and client support on event day including management of Box Office Staff, Post event Reporting, Settlements, and operational feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal and external leads for marketing and promotional strategies.

  • Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.
  • Client/customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in Event or ticketing roles.
  • Tertiary qualified.
