Responsibilities
Prospect new leads according to the predefined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
Negotiate and close sales with new customers;
Map and identify new opportunities with existing customers;
Negotiate new freight flows with existing customers;
Hold meetings for presentations and closing sales;
Maintain a sales cadence and follow-up process, performing follow-ups to monitor and advance opportunities through the funnel, always updating the CRM;
Monitor portfolio client metrics such as margin percentage, volume, and absolute margin;
Track accounts during the customer's initial months to ensure negotiated volume is met and to prevent churn;
Conduct commercial visits to present the solution and close sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven commercial/sales experience (required);
Knowledge of sales techniques;
Experience managing client portfolios;
Self-motivated, autonomous, and hands-on;
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences;
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Commercial experience in the road transportation sector;
Willingness to travel.
