About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and understand customers' real needs.
  • Map the market and prospect new business.
  • Develop commercial proposals focused on solutions and value.
  • Negotiate, close contracts and meet targets using strategic approaches.
  • Maintain a close, consultative, and long-term relationship with customers.
  • Contribute ideas to improve our sales processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (ongoing college studies are a plus).
  • Own vehicle.
  • Proven experience in sales or related areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a consultative profile.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the vehicle tracking/monitoring market is a plus but not required.

Benefits

  • Salary R$2,400.00 + aggressive commission and performance bonuses.
