Requirements
- Experienced accountant
- Full-cycle accounting up to the balance sheet for a defined scope
- Management of supplier invoices, customer receipts, and tracking of production billing
- Preparation of payments, account matching/reconciliation, supplier follow-ups and dispute resolution
- Monitoring assets in progress and commissioning of fixed assets
- Preparation of quarterly reporting packages and assistance in completing summary memorandums
- Monitoring stock movements, bank guarantees, and expense reports
- Bank reconciliations and weekly cash flow monitoring
- Preparation of tax and regulatory filings: VAT, DEB (Intrastat), IFER, CFE, CVAE, Corporate Tax (IS), IFU, DAS2…
- Assist in drafting and updating accounting procedures
- Participate in the annual inventory control for the relevant companies
