About the role

  • Marketing intern at Technique Solaire, supporting external event organization and communication efforts. Engaging in marketing activities to strengthen brand presence in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • External events: Trade shows — Organize the brand’s presence at approximately 20 trade shows per year (logistical and operational management, visuals, coordination of team attendance)
  • Creation of communication materials: visuals, flyers, posters, roll-up banners
  • Management of promotional item (swag) orders
  • Inaugurations / open houses: selection of service providers such as caterers and furniture
  • Management of invitations
  • Event marketing: creation of email campaigns using our CRM tool
  • Implementation of SMS campaigns
  • Management of brochure printing and brochure updates
  • Internal communication & internal events: Internal events — 2 internal events per year (Christmas dinner and summer seminar)
  • Writing the monthly newsletter and news updates
  • Intranet management: creating pages and updating the site
  • Business communications: writing articles for different departments
  • Photo shoots for new employees joining in Poitiers
  • Management of business cards
  • Partnership with PB86: support and animate the partnership (ticket management, event organization, partner tournament, etc.)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Communication (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing (DTP) tools
  • Required skills: strong organizational abilities, excellent writing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Office 365
  • Driving license
  • Personal qualities: organized, open, energetic and responsive, excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, proactive, autonomous
  • Strong team spirit and solid knowledge of marketing and communication tools and methods
