Responsibilities
Collect, process, and ensure the quality of data from HR systems and processes.
Conduct statistical analyses and diagnostics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Develop analytical models and predictive studies focused on topics such as turnover, performance, engagement, and diversity.
Create dashboards, management reports, and storytelling materials to support strategic decisions.
Automate analytical processes and routines to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for HR and business areas.
Ensure compliance and best practices in data governance and security, including LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Act as a business partner, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Processing Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Training/Certifications: Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Certification in SQL or Python for data analysis.
Courses in People Analytics, Applied Statistics, or basic Machine Learning.
Experience working with HR metrics (turnover, headcount, diversity, engagement, compensation), including storytelling and correlation analysis.
Experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, and similar.
Experience with data analysis platforms (Tableau, Power BI, and similar).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
Proficiency in creating presentations in PowerPoint.
Experience developing dashboards and control/KPI panels.
Experience managing and querying data in AWS environments.
Applied statistics and predictive modeling.
Knowledge of LGPD and best practices in data governance.
