Responsibilities
Providing timely support to the Talent Acquisition teams in the region through a ticketing system (The Hive).
Creating requisitions and pipelines for new positions in Oracle (GPS).
Supporting the Talent function with psychometrics assessment end-to-end administrative process.
Designing Canva ads for job postings.
Filtering resumes in pipelines and requisitions and supporting talent pools.
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Supporting the Campus Relations Manager with events and job fairs administrative tasks.
Issue reports and manage information as required.
Work on specific projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
4+ years of professional experience related to the role.
Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
A strong focus on service delivery.
The ability to multitask and work with different regions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The capacity to prioritize multiple requests or processes and seek help when needed.
