About the role

  • Senior Consultant in Governance, Processes, and GMO responsible for BPO diagnostics and strategic recommendations for decision-making in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of an executive-level assessment of the BPO and bodyshop landscape
  • Conduct a high-level diagnosis of the BPO and bodyshop environment
  • Develop a centralized contract map for executive reporting
  • Conduct interviews with business areas and stakeholders, acting in a requirements-analyst capacity
  • Map critical AS-IS processes that impact contractual decisions
  • Link operational indicators to the processes performed
  • Identify opportunities to internalize services within the Shared Services Center (CSC)
  • Identify opportunities to optimize scope, automate processes, leverage AI, and achieve efficiency gains
  • Prepare executive status reports, Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, and project timelines
  • Support the definition of next steps, including potential extension into the implementation phase

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in consulting, governance, process management, or Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Strong experience in organizational diagnosis and process mapping
  • Ability to structure and synthesize unstructured information
  • Experience working in complex, loosely structured environments
  • High autonomy, strong technical confidence, and a consultative posture
