Responsibilities
Overseeing the full HR accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls
Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Controlling, Legal to support strategic decision-making and financial reporting
Become a Global Process Owner for defined IAS 19 and IFRS 2 areas
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to HR accounting and/or others
Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Take full responsibility for HR Accounting areas and improve processes and our internal control system, including drafting/revision of accounting manuals
Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accounting related tasks
Support and actively participate in accounting related projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics (or equivalent)
Very good understanding of general accounting principles
IAS 19 and IFRS 2 knowledge and experience
Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA)
Hands-on mentality
Positive mindset
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Process-driven
Technical experience with accounting software
Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and against timelines, and enjoying changes and innovations
