About the role

  • Account Manager at Teamified serving as primary contact for client accounts. Building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Upsell relevant products and services to existing clients to enhance business value.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast key account metrics and maintain accurate reporting on account status.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance and health.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Proactively manage client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Drive client and staff retention strategies to foster organic growth and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong background in project management; experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data reporting platforms.
