gemeinsam mit dem Team der Personalentwicklung an strategischen sowie an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten arbeiten
Requirements
Erfolgreiches Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Wirtschafts- oder Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Personalentwicklung oder eines ähnlichen Feldes
Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung und Erstellung digitaler Lerninhalte
mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung
Die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe, technische Sachverhalte gut und schnell einzuarbeiten und diese verständlich vermitteln zu können
Sehr gutes didaktisches und methodisches Know-how
