Requirements
- Erfolgreiches Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Wirtschafts- oder Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Personalentwicklung oder eines ähnlichen Feldes
- Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung und Erstellung digitaler Lerninhalte
- mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe, technische Sachverhalte gut und schnell einzuarbeiten und diese verständlich vermitteln zu können
- Sehr gutes didaktisches und methodisches Know-how
