Responsibilities
Play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of a mortgage portfolio
Collaborate with borrowers and other external clients to obtain required documentation
Facilitate funding for mortgages originated by our third‑party clients
Record post‑funding transactions in the commercial loan management system
Calculate interest adjustments and prepayment penalties
Manage follow‑up tasks associated with the mortgage loan lifecycle
Oversee monthly remittances and reconcile trust accounts
Requirements
Experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services (an asset)
Results‑oriented with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Analytical and numerical skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professionalism, good judgment, and integrity
Passion for commercial mortgage lending activities
Ability to work independently, process‑oriented, with strong administrative skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Real Estate, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics
