About the role
- Commercial Mortgage Operations Administrator overseeing the full lifecycle of mortgage portfolios. Collaborating with borrowers and clients to ensure compliance and accurate transaction management.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of a mortgage portfolio
- Collaborate with borrowers and other external clients to obtain required documentation
- Facilitate funding for mortgages originated by our third‑party clients
- Record post‑funding transactions in the commercial loan management system
- Calculate interest adjustments and prepayment penalties
- Manage follow‑up tasks associated with the mortgage loan lifecycle
- Oversee monthly remittances and reconcile trust accounts
Requirements
- Experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services (an asset)
- Results‑oriented with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professionalism, good judgment, and integrity
- Passion for commercial mortgage lending activities
- Ability to work independently, process‑oriented, with strong administrative skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
