About the role

  • Senior Marketing Manager responsible for growth engine bridging Taster's digital and partner success. Focused on loyalty, platform marketing, and local marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth engine for Taster, bridging digital presence and restaurant success.
  • Design, launch, and manage a cross-brand loyalty program.
  • Act as the primary lead for relationships with delivery platforms for visibility.
  • Develop Local Marketing toolkits enabling franchise partners to drive footfall.
  • Partner with Head of Brands to craft a 12-month marketing calendar.
  • Design and execute high-performance paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing or Growth roles, specifically within FoodTech, QSR or Marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record of building or managing customer loyalty programs and retention funnels.
  • Deep understanding of marketplaces dynamics; the Deliveroo/UberEats/Just Eat ecosystems.
  • Understanding of unit economics, CAC/LTV, and impact on P&L.
  • Fluent in English and French (required).
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo), analytics (Looker, Excel).
