About the role

  • Commercial Strategy Lead managing pricing and market intelligence initiatives for DelfinGroup, a Baltic fintech company. Supporting the Lithuanian lending market and collaborating with country leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Lithuanian market intelligence and commercial strategy partner
  • Translate competitor insights and market trends into actionable pricing, product, and credit recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Lithuanian lending market landscape and internal commercial model
  • Provide regular, actionable market insights to the Country Manager and HQ stakeholders
  • Influence pricing and campaign decisions based on competitor and trend analysis
  • Support optimization of acquisition funnels and campaign mechanics
  • Anticipate competitor moves and explain the 'why' behind them
  • Strengthen the country’s commercial positioning through data-backed insight

Requirements

  • Experience within a Lithuanian payday lender, consumer installment lender, or BNPL company (required)
  • Strong understanding of pricing campaigns and acquisition funnels
  • Ability to interpret competitor moves beyond surface-level observation
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English
  • Experience in risk analytics or SQL is a plus.
