Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP HCM Payroll certification
- Additional SAP certifications preferred
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Payroll module
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support projects
- Experience with global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central Payroll
- Hands-on expertise in PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Documented experience in Cloud Payroll/SF ECP rather than just legacy SAP HC
