About the role

  • SAP HCM Payroll Consultant providing expert guidance in SAP HCM Payroll solutions and compliance. Work closely with clients to analyze requirements and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Payroll solutions
  • Work closely with clients to analyze payroll requirements
  • Design optimal solutions
  • Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across various business environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • SAP HCM Payroll certification
  • Additional SAP certifications preferred
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Payroll module
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support projects
  • Experience with global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central Payroll
  • Hands-on expertise in PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
  • Documented experience in Cloud Payroll/SF ECP rather than just legacy SAP HC
