About the role

  • Payroll Specialist ensuring accurate and timely pension payments for members and handling inquiries. Collaborating with financial authorities and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Calculating and disbursing company pension payments and lump-sum capitalization claims
  • Handling telephone and written inquiries
  • Data transfers with tax offices and health insurance providers
  • Optimizing workflows and business processes
  • Integration of new client mandates

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree, or completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, professional experience in payroll, salary, or pension accounting
  • Enjoyment of optimizing workflows and processes
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Proficient user of MS Office
