About the role

  • IT Support Specialist delivering Tier 3 Linux and IT support in a hybrid work setup. Involves complex server resolution and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve the most complex server and network issues escalated from lower tiers
  • Design, configure, and maintain systems and networking hardware
  • Perform system audits, patch management, and hardware/software upgrade recommendations
  • Strictly follow SOPs, manage on-call rotations, and build internal knowledge bases
  • Support project migrations and cross-team upgrades

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or equivalent senior-level experience
  • 5+ years in Linux administration and high-level IT support
  • Must possess a personal remote work setup (PC and backup internet)
  • Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus
