About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leverage proficiency in retail to develop clientele and maximize sales through proactive client outreach
  • Educate team on sales plans, personal sales goals, store stats to drive team achievement
  • Ensure high level of service is provided to customers through extensive product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive ability to multi task and prioritize
