Responsibilities
Proactively execute structured telesales and sales activities to acquire new customers
Contact decision-makers by phone with the clear objective of scheduling qualified new-customer appointments for the sales team
Systematically maintain, update and expand contacts, leads and company records in the CRM
Plan and implement targeted telephone campaigns to sustainably develop the sales pipeline
Ensure complete documentation of all activities and results in the CRM for transparent sales management
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
Ideally, initial experience in sales, telesales or marketing
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Organizational skills and team orientation
Motivation to actively build new contacts and conduct conversations
