About the role

  • Inside Sales role focusing on Telesales and customer acquisition through structured calls to decision-makers. Working in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively execute structured telesales and sales activities to acquire new customers
  • Contact decision-makers by phone with the clear objective of scheduling qualified new-customer appointments for the sales team
  • Systematically maintain, update and expand contacts, leads and company records in the CRM
  • Plan and implement targeted telephone campaigns to sustainably develop the sales pipeline
  • Ensure complete documentation of all activities and results in the CRM for transparent sales management

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Ideally, initial experience in sales, telesales or marketing
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Organizational skills and team orientation
  • Motivation to actively build new contacts and conduct conversations
