About the role

  • Customer Master Data & Inside Sales Specialist ensuring data quality and supporting sales operations for a dynamic company in sports nutrition. Collaborating with sales, trade marketing, and order management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management & Data Quality: You create new customers in the ERP system, maintain and update existing customer master data, and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
  • Inside Sales & Sales Support: You support our sales team in day-to-day operations and prepare presentations, analyses and overviews.
  • Communication & Activation: You create and send targeted customer newsletters in coordination with Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing, actively contributing to customer retention and activation.
  • Sales Order Management & Order Processing: You manage internal and employee orders from order entry to invoicing in the system and provide backup support in Sales Order Management during absences.

Requirements

  • Master Data Management & System Knowledge: You have experience in master data management and maintaining customer master data and are confident working with ERP systems.
  • Tools & Analytical Skills: You possess very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and have experience in data analysis, quality assurance, and process documentation.
  • Understanding of Sales Processes: You have a solid understanding of sales processes and related commercial workflows and can apply them reliably in daily work.
  • Structured Working Style & Quality Orientation: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with high accuracy and bring a strong quality awareness.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent interface/stakeholder management, teamwork, and a high level of service and customer orientation.
  • Mindset & Personal Responsibility: You work proactively, reliably, and responsibly and are able to keep an overview when handling multiple topics simultaneously.
