- Analyze business models, KPIs, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Support investor relations, partner management, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in a strategic role with close management proximity.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high execution capability.
- Convincing communication and stakeholder management skills — from team members to the executive level.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- High initiative, resilience, and a willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the financial industry and basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies or digital assets.
