About the role

  • Marketing Specialist at Talent Garden, focused on marketing educational and innovation offerings. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive commercial impact through strategic analysis and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio, ensuring coherence across channels and target segments.
  • Develop high-quality commercial materials, maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall narrative.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to translate features, learning outcomes, and differentiators into strong and commercially effective value propositions.
  • Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to identify trends, benchmark positioning, and uncover opportunity areas.
  • Support go-to-market execution for new launches and special projects, preparing core messaging and enabling materials for internal teams.
  • Maintain and continuously update product documentation and internal knowledge assets, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information.
  • Track key performance indicators and support impact reporting, contributing to the evaluation of product performance and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
  • Bring a pragmatic, data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization, using insights and evidence to focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
  • Show strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insights
  • Combine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narratives
  • Are execution-oriented, able to translate strategic vision into operational delivery, manage budgets, and measure ROI
  • Show solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared objectives
  • Are fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken
  • You are either based in Milan or can easily reach it.
