Responsibilities
Own campaign strategy, performance, and execution across digital channels, including paid media, eCommerce, online retail support, email, and SMS.
Manage a small creative and marketing team, and lead the Ads Manager responsible for paid media execution, ensuring strong performance and alignment with overall business goals.
Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, product details pages (PDPs), and digital campaigns.
Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution, managing and optimizing flows and segmenting audiences to improve retention and lifetime value.
Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, reviewing performance regularly and providing clear optimization direction.
Track and report on KPIs across all channels, using data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with full campaign ownership
Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads), with experience leading or overseeing performance marketing
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Proven experience with email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
Strong experience with eCommerce and/or Amazon marketplaces
Ability to manage both creative direction and performance metrics
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
