About the role

  • Director of Institutional Customer Marketing managing strategy and execution for US Hospital's marketing initiatives. Collaborating across teams to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketing strategy and execution for Customer Engagement and New Business Opportunities
  • Develop marketing and brand strategy plans based on data-driven insights
  • Manage execution of marketing plans including overseeing content and asset development
  • Collaborate with customer-facing colleagues to ensure marketing assets and selling tools are fit-for-purpose
  • Develop and execute the US Hospital customer adboards
  • Manage budget, internal and external teams and agency resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device or related industry and/or in Sales, Marketing or Communications
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices, strategy and tactical execution
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and biopharmaceuticals industries
  • Preferred knowledge of hospital generics / sterile injectables and Biosimilars market
  • Preferred experience supporting sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse product lines and customer segments
  • Understanding of financial performance measures and/or P&L management experience
  • Experience working with agency partners and/or leading agency partner relationships
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
