About the role

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing digital marketing strategies for education at Moderna. Collaborate with agencies and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Development of performance marketing campaign strategies across multiple SEM channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads and remarketing) in partnership with external agencies;
  • Campaign optimization, investment planning and control;
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of campaign performance, aiming for continuous improvement of results;
  • Growth, management and activation of lead databases generated in the basic education (K–12) segments;
  • Analyze results and prepare reports for business areas, generating insights to support decision-making;
  • Monitor results at each stage of the marketing funnel through to conversion;
  • Work side by side with specialists to create and monitor roadmaps for optimizing our channels, managing technical improvement projects using SEO, CRO, modeling, experimentation and development techniques;
  • Monitor and bring new trends and best practices in digital marketing to the team;
  • Collaborate to ensure synergy between digital actions and offline activities during campaigns for the National Textbook Program (Programa Nacional do Livro Didático - PNLD);
  • Support in market research and benchmarking;
  • Negotiate with partners and service providers in the sector, including requesting and aligning proposals;
  • Constant monitoring of websites for potential adjustments and/or updates;
  • Track, monitor and consolidate information for presentation in management reports with indicators for Coordination and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing or Communication, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or related fields;
  • Experience in Growth and digital marketing;
  • Experience with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.);
  • Experience with marketing automation and content marketing (inbound and outbound) for traffic generation;
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with agile teams;
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Data Studio) and ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources;
  • Experience with Microsoft tools or with digital product platforms.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in companies and/or markets related to education;
  • Basic English and/or Spanish;
  • Knowledge of design thinking (desired);
  • Basic strategic knowledge of UI/UX (desired);
  • Basic strategic knowledge of web/mobile development (desired).
