Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Workforce Transformation team to design and implement scalable talent strategies
  • Lead the transformation of performance management into a dynamic, real-time feedback culture
  • Build a digital-first learning ecosystem that supports technical upskilling
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs
  • Define and operationalize HiPo identification frameworks
  • Drive career architecture and development planning
  • Use talent analytics to assess organizational health
  • Lead a high-impact Talent Management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, preferably in high-growth tech or digital environments
  • Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies in dynamic, matrixed organizations
  • Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy
  • Strong fluency in talent analytics, digital learning platforms, and agile methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
