About the role

  • Client Service Manager leading a highly engaged team focused on excellent customer outcomes at Barclays. Driving performance and developing business plans based on customer needs and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a highly engaged team.
  • Build and maintain team’s capability to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Act as an ambassador for Barclays externally and internally.
  • Day to day running of the business, using internal and external insights to develop an effective business plan.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions.
  • Consult on complex issues; provide advice to People Leaders to support resolution of escalated issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing a team/leadership role.
  • Banking/financial service background.
  • Strong understanding of risk.
  • Exposure to Change and Transformation.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Experience in payments.
