About the role
- Intern supporting Web Operations team at ISACA, assisting with content management and user experience design. Engaging in projects that enhance skills and build professional connections.
Responsibilities
- working closely with our Web Operations team by supporting tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis and administrative tasks
- assisting with content management activities to support the launch of our new ecommerce platform
- participate in content management and content maintenance
- organize and import assets into our content management system
- learn about user experience design and participate in research and user testing
- learn about reporting on user behavior in Google Analytics, if desired
- learn about front-end web development, if desired
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields related to Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, Graphic Design or Marketing
