About the role

  • Title Ops/Underwriting Rep managing title orders and reviewing commitments for real estate services. Responsible for client communication and resolving order issues in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties including but not limited to assigning title orders
  • Follow up on over-due orders
  • Receive and review completed abstracts from title vendors
  • Escalate any potential problem abstracts/orders to the appropriate teams/departments
  • Review commitments for accuracy

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six (6) months minimum Title (real estate) experience
  • Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with personal computer operation, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
