About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for mid to senior roles
  • Manage performance review cycles, learning & development, and career progression
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, probation reviews, and HR reporting
  • Support organizational change initiatives and small-to-medium HR projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 4–6 years of HR / People & Culture experience, preferably in startups, NGOs, or social enterprises
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS / ATS tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
