About the role
- Product Consultant in software for the credit lifecycle focusing on restructuring and liquidation. Roles involve client support, training, and improving processes with German banks.
Responsibilities
- Advise & enable: You support bank teams on site in using “Reclaim” optimally and efficiently.
- Share knowledge: You design and deliver training sessions and workshops — both digital and on-site.
- Improve processes: You advise on restructuring, liquidation and contract termination processes, as well as corporate customer management in distressed situations.
- Reporting & regulatory integration: You assist with integration into regulatory reporting (e.g., Deutsche Bundesbank) and ensure compliance-oriented workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with wind-down/liquidation and debt collection procedures in German retail banking as well as in commercial and corporate banking.
- In-depth knowledge of German banking regulations, processes and bank-specific expectations.
- Experience in receivables/debt recovery management within the lending sector is an advantage.
- Vocational training or degree in banking, finance, business informatics or economics.
- Further training/certification desirable in:
- • Annual financial statements according to HGB
- • Regulatory reporting
- • Restructuring and turnaround
- Experience in the Financial IT (FI) environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
- Native or fluent German (written and spoken); English skills optional.
- Strong communication skills, process orientation and ability to work independently.
