About the role
- Digital Pathology Product Specialist providing advanced support and collaborating with multiple teams across EMEA. Responsible for technical assistance and quality reporting within the digital pathology domain.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced escalation support, both remote and on-site, for Digital Pathology products to EMEA sales units.
- Work collaboratively with product management, R&D, manufacturing, and other departments.
- Proactively identify declining quality trends and develop countermeasures.
Requirements
- Field service engineering experience with an associate degree OR equivalent technical experience.
- Experience in a medical laboratory.
- Time management and productivity efficiency in handling service calls.
- A professional with strong technical expertise.
- Proficiency with testing equipment used in field service support.
- Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Digital Pathology instruments is a plus.
- Languages: English and French.
