About the role

  • Clinical Product Specialist at Lyrebird Health utilizing clinical experience to enhance clinician workflows with technology. Engaging in product demos and onboarding support for better adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery-led conversations to understand clinical workflows and priorities
  • Deliver outcome-led product demos linked to real clinical problems
  • Use judgement to decide what to show and what to leave out
  • Guide clinicians from first conversation through adoption and ongoing use
  • Own opportunities from initial interest through to clear next steps
  • Support onboarding and early adoption, especially in the first 30 to 60 days
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with clinicians and practice staff
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage based on genuine clinical value
  • Maintain momentum through structured follow-up
  • Monitor usage and step in with education or guidance when needed
  • Share feedback and insights with Product, Support and Operations
  • Ensure every clinic receives a premium experience

Requirements

  • Allied health or clinical background, or significant experience working with clinicians
  • Curious and thoughtful in how you approach problems
  • Comfortable diagnosing root causes, not just symptoms
  • Able to translate needs into clear, relevant value
  • Strong communicator on calls and in demos
  • Organised and consistent when managing multiple conversations
  • Interested in how technology fits into real-world clinical workflows
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
