About the role

  • Senior Account Manager responsible for enhancing partnerships with top restaurants in Berlin. Focusing on performance optimization and strategic consultancy within the food tech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Managing top partner restaurants in the Berlin area
  • Supporting performance optimization
  • Providing strategic advice based on KPIs and individual challenges
  • Sales and upselling/cross-selling of additional products and services
  • Internal collaboration and coordination with other teams
  • Data-driven planning using tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role
  • Independent, structured working style — suitable for remote/home office
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ideally knowledge of or interest in the hospitality/restaurant industry
  • Excellent German skills; English is a plus
  • Driver’s license and willingness to work in the field across the Berlin region
