About the role

  • Account Manager managing key clients in flavor production across international markets. Developing client strategies and sales budgets while collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and growth of key and target customers
  • Development and implementation of Customer Development Plans (CDPs)
  • Preparation of sales budgets and forecasts
  • Support in developing a local sales strategy
  • Analysis of information to identify market trends

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or food-technology vocational training, or a related degree
  • Experience in consultative sales and in building and expanding customer relationships
  • Basic technical knowledge of flavors and their uses and application areas
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications and strong presentation skills
  • Confident, friendly manner and a strong customer orientation
  • Self-motivation and creativity in developing new strategies for the sales territory
