Responsibilities
Manage a wide variety of projects, from large-scale cabling, construction, and roll-outs to smaller engagements and repair requests.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, reports, and frameworks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide guidance and project process frameworks to Jr. Project Managers, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
Communicate project updates, scope changes, and issues to clients clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Identify, coordinate, and manage the resources necessary to complete each project.
Place and manage orders with suppliers, equipment rental companies, and warehouse for equipment and materials as part of assigned projects.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, materials orders, equipment rentals, warehouse orders, and other project-related activities within the TailWind customer management system.
Assist with the check-in/check-out process for TailWind's onsite technicians and provide guidance regarding scope of work and other job questions.
Ensure project documents are complete, processed, and stored appropriately, and manage deliverables via document management systems.
Ensure timely and accurate submittals to finance for customer invoicing.
Efficiently move between unrelated tasks, prioritize when necessary, and manage time effectively.
Some travel may be involved based on client needs.
Requirements
3+ years of infrastructure project management experience, especially with large clients.
Understanding of the Telecommunications Industry.
Hands-on field technician experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including late-night cutovers if necessary.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC tools.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
