Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in the delivery of assigned projects, providing assurance and confidence to the client/sponsor, and maintaining robust control of scope, schedule, cost and risks.
- Responsible for implementing large projects or a portfolio of medium-sized projects, ensuring safe delivery within quality standards, schedule and budget, as well as risk management.
- Includes change management, client relationship management and appropriate governance.
- Provide specialized technical support to internal teams and clients for activities related to the fabrication, installation, construction, operation and maintenance of subsea equipment, offshore and onshore structures and fittings.
- Ensure correct application of technical standards, integrity of installations and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex projects
- Skills in risk management, contracts, workflow management, budgeting and scheduling
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication
- Strong focus on safety and risk management
- Ability to motivate and influence diverse teams
- Client-oriented, flexible, with critical thinking and initiative
- Strong commercial acumen combined with operational excellence
- Fluent in English.
- PMP, APM or equivalent certification
- Experience in the oil & gas sector
