About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress from the perspective of schedule, scope, cost, risks, and quality;
- Support project managers in using the PMO's official methodology, templates, and tools;
- Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables;
- Assist in risk management, issue tracking, and action plans;
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the project management methodology (agile, traditional, or hybrid);
- Ensure correct application of governance standards, policies, and rituals;
- Support prioritization, balancing, and monitoring processes for the project portfolio;
- Act as a support point for promoting and disseminating project management best practices.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Analyst, PMO analyst, or in related roles;
- Experience in the call center segment is preferred;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
- Course or training in Project Management;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of MS Project.
