Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end consulting and support to our clients on change management and learning projects in an international environment
Conduct needs analyses, develop strategies, design concepts and implement solutions using established change management methods (e.g., change story, change journeys, change impact assessment) and learning approaches (e.g., learning journeys, learning needs assessments, curriculum development, storyboarding)
Develop and design change management and learning assets tailored to the specific project requirements
Engage and mobilize senior stakeholders through interactive workshops and targeted advisory support
Depending on entry level, take on project management responsibilities or complex tasks, as well as functional leadership and sub-project management
Actively contribute to the further development and growth of Schaeffler Consulting
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, business, communications, adult education, HR or organizational development, pedagogy)
Several years of practical experience in change management, organizational development or Learning & Development
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Strategic and operational thinking, with strong observation, analysis and interpretation abilities
Persuasiveness, excellent communication and facilitation skills
Creativity and conceptual aptitude to clearly present complex issues
Curiosity about new topics and perspectives, and the willingness and energy to contribute as a service provider together with the team
Excellent written and spoken German and English
