About the role

  • Crossmedia Sales Manager managing agency relationships across various channels for a leading media house. Driving sales through innovative digital marketing strategies and effective client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring, advising and managing agencies, advertising clients and partners across all relevant channels (print, digital, native, programmatic, social, search, apps, ATV (addressable TV), DOOH, events)
  • Conduct structured analysis of client needs and develop integrated marketing concepts — from traditional print solutions to data-driven digital and performance offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including forecasting, pipeline management and reporting to sales and publishing leadership
  • Analyze ongoing campaigns and derive concrete optimization measures to maximize client results and revenue performance
  • Develop and refine best-practice approaches for industries, products and cross-channel offer architectures
  • Professionally present our media brand and cross-media portfolio in client meetings, pitches and industry events
  • Maintain and expand client relationships with advertisers and media agencies — in person, by phone and digitally

Requirements

  • Commercial training or degree with a focus on marketing, media or sales, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience — ideally in cross-media, digital or media environments; experience in direct sales (including outbound) is an advantage
  • Solid expertise in online and cross-media marketing, with an understanding of digital KPIs, targeting mechanisms and data-driven monetization
  • Strong communication skills, confident presence, presentation ability and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Analytical mindset, routine working with data and very good MS Office skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • High willingness to learn, quick comprehension, positive demeanor and a confident, team-oriented presence
