About the role

  • SDR responsible for generating qualified leads for sales team at SYOS. Engaging potential clients through calls and email outreach in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Prioritize and accelerate lead outreach
  • Conduct prospecting calls to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Send introductory emails and follow-ups to potential leads
  • Maintain and update information in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies
  • Participate in training to improve sales and prospecting skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Research and analytical skills to identify qualified leads
  • Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques, especially BANT.
