About the role

  • Outside Sales Representative canvassing neighborhoods and educating customers on no-cost energy-saving programs. Engage positively and schedule appointments while promoting benefits of services offered.

Responsibilities

  • Convey products and services and effectively explain the benefits of them to customers
  • Canvass (knocking door to door), distribute program literature and schedule appointments for technicians
  • Attend bi-weekly video and in-person training
  • Become certified and badged for the Energy Savings Assistance Programs and complete all company training programs
  • Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned technician, and marketing manager
  • Have a friendly, positive, and outgoing attitude
  • Remain knowledgeable about current and ongoing programs within the company
  • Maintain a presentable and professional appearance
  • Driving to different areas within the LA area to offer no-cost programs

Requirements

  • Ability to look presentable and speak clearly
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Client management experience recommended
  • Basic computer and iPad skills
  • Pass Drug and background screening
