Project Sales Executive for Hager focusing on project business development in East Indonesia. Driving sales growth and expanding market presence while collaborating with key influencers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Drive project sales growth for Hager in Indonesia, with a focus on East Indonesia (Bali, East Java, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi)
Build, develop, and maintain a strong project pipeline, tracked via CRM in line with defined targets
Analyze local markets and identify project opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segments
Engage with key influencers (owners, developers, end users) and specifiers (consultants, architects, designers) to promote and secure project specifications
Achieve defined business growth targets
Coordinate project execution with authorized distributors and ensure successful project closure
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales activities
Manage and resolve potential channel conflicts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate competitor activities in the local market
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls) or a comparable qualification
Relevant experience in business development, key account management, or marketing, ideally within the industry
Proven track record in sales or project business
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly
Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in virtual and distributed teams
Willingness to travel as required
Based in Denpasar (Bali), Indonesian citizenship required
Own transportation (minimum motorcycle) is mandatory
