About the role

  • Sales Representative engaging and converting inbound leads for a rapidly growing online learning platform. Primarily responsible for consultative selling across multiple communication channels during peak enrollment periods.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert inbound (warm) leads into paying customers
  • Handle high daily lead volume (up to ~60 leads per day during peak periods)
  • Communicate with prospects through multiple channels: Phone WhatsApp Email
  • Guide prospective customers through the enrollment process using a consultative approach
  • Manage and track leads through CRM systems (Bitrix and/or HubSpot)
  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle (average ~7 days, up to 30 days)
  • Achieve and exceed conversion targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inbound sales environments
  • Strong ability to convert warm leads in a high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Bitrix or HubSpot is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
