Sales Representative engaging and converting inbound leads for a rapidly growing online learning platform. Primarily responsible for consultative selling across multiple communication channels during peak enrollment periods.
Responsibilities
Engage and convert inbound (warm) leads into paying customers
Handle high daily lead volume (up to ~60 leads per day during peak periods)
Communicate with prospects through multiple channels: Phone WhatsApp Email
Guide prospective customers through the enrollment process using a consultative approach
Manage and track leads through CRM systems (Bitrix and/or HubSpot)
Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle (average ~7 days, up to 30 days)
Achieve and exceed conversion targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inbound sales environments
Strong ability to convert warm leads in a high-volume setting
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Bitrix or HubSpot is a plus)
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics
