Responsibilities

Review marketing collateral for all products and platforms across all channels of communications and assess relevant processes for compliance with law/internal policies providing comprehensive feedback.
Partner with client marketing teams to ensure the applicable audience, communication channel, client objectives and legal requirements of a marketing campaign are considered and reflected in the associated collateral and processes.
Engage and collaborate with respective client attorney, all functions and subject matter experts, including Compliance and Risk as required.
Develop, maintain and drive implementation of marketing templates, guides and tools with the client marketing teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5+ years of financial services legal or marketing experience, or Associates Degree and a minimum of 8+ years of financial services legal or marketing experience.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant federal and state laws and regulations relating to financial services marketing.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple complex matters and projects simultaneously in a matrix environment across competing priorities and across multiple functions and platforms in a fast-paced growth business
Exceptional communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills at all levels from associates to senior managers
Strong judgment and ability to understand the balance between business/legal considerations
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional business partners
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
