About the role

Responsibilities

- Participation in financing transactions

- The intern will be involved in drafting various legal documents, commercial leases, intra-group agreements, minutes, chairman's reports, NDAs, etc.
- Monitoring and handling of various formalities
- The intern will carry out routine and ad hoc formalities for a portfolio of approximately 50 companies
- Cross-functional topics
- The intern will contribute to cross-functional topics or CSR initiatives
- Legal monitoring, research and drafting legal memoranda
- The intern will be required to draft legal notes and memos
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (Bac+5 equivalent) (e.g., Master 2 in corporate structuring, business law, Institute of Business Law, energy law, etc.)
- LLM or DJCE preferred, with a good awareness of the issues facing the renewable energy sector
- Strong interest in renewable energy, agriculture, and environmental public policy
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity
